In cooperation with Siemens (Gas & Power) AG, we were able to demonstrate to the Fraunhofer IPK and Scansonic MI GmbH that an “on-site” repair of stationary gas turbine housing parts is possible. For this purpose, the system technology of our LMD laser ProFocus was further developed and optimized. Time-consuming transports as well as previously necessary heat treatments after repair welding could thus be axed!
Together with ALOtec Dresden GmbH, OSCAR has developed a flexible and mobile solution for laser deposition welding.
