The XVC-1000 (monochrome) and XVC-1100 (colour) process cameras from XIRIS Automation Company are ideal for monitoring welding processes, as the integrated HDR (high dynamic range) function eliminates the problem of overexposure of the camera image. This way, without further filtering, it is possible to simultaneously observe the brightly illuminated molten pool and the darker component surface and environment. The data transmission to the PC is carried out via Ethernet (min. CAT 6). We use this camera to process monitor our laser metal deposition processes.
