Worldwide delivery and assembly

We are happy to support you and your team before, during and after the commissioning of your new system. Our service packages include the installation of interfaces and laser safety precautions as well as acceptance welding on existing customer systems (robot machine, CNC system, etc.). The programme also includes training and process qualification, drawing on our decades of expertise in the field of laser technology. During operation, you benefit from our remote access support, regular inspections and software updates. Rely on our customised services to ensure the maximum efficiency and safety of your systems.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have questions about our company, our products or our services? Then you've come to the right place.

Trailing gas nozzles offer improved shielding gas coverage. This leads to a reduction in oxidation (annealing colours), which is particularly important when welding stainless steel or titanium. Unwanted changes to the component, such as pores in the seam and burn-off of alloying elements, are minimised. The nozzles are designed to distribute the shielding gas more efficiently and evenly around the welding point, thereby keeping the oxygen away from the heat-affected zone on the component.

Depending on the size of the trailing gas nozzle, the gas consumption is approximately between 20 and 40 litres/min. With this amount of gas, a much larger area can be covered on the component than is possible, for example, with welding torches with large gas lenses.

Our drag gas nozzles are not wear parts, but are designed for continuous operation. There are replaceable wear parts in the nozzle body that can be replaced if they become heavily stained (e.g. by welding spatter).
