Customised protective gas systems
We design shielding gas systems to improve the quality of weld seams, avoid rework and reduce gas consumption at the same time. Trailing gas nozzles offer ideal seam protection for thermal processes such as laser welding or arc welding (e.g. TIG welding). By optimising the gas flow, a more stable welding environment is created, resulting in clean and uniform weld seams. Our gas nozzles are a reliable choice for mechanised and automated welding production, with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness. We customise shielding gas systems to the different welding requirements of our customers by supporting you from the analysis of the process to the integration into the system.
Thanks to the optimum gas protection, our customers achieve top results, even when working on materials that are very sensitive to oxidation, such as high-alloy steels or titanium.

In addition to system development and production, we take on feasibility studies and application studies up to two to three items. To this end, we operate our own application center, where we also support our existing customers in process development and layer analysis. A number of contract service providers employ our technologies and we would be happy to put you in touch.
Our drag gas nozzles are not wear parts, but are designed for continuous operation. There are replaceable wear parts in the nozzle body that can be replaced if they become heavily stained (e.g. by welding spatter).
The dimensions of our cameras are very small. However, if it is still too small for the process display, we can offer you solutions to make the best possible use of the installation space.
